this boy..
came by this week and made me this.. (subbing vegetable broth.. sans the fish sauce and shrimp.. extra red pepper.. addition of tofu) for dinner.. YUM!
it was delish.. and there is still some left in my fridgelator if you want to come by and try it..
he leaves for afrika this week.. and he was LITERALLY counting down the hours.. i'm pleased he's made a decision that so encompasses his desire for life right now.. looking forward to "hearing" from him at least once on his journey..
